SENATE BILL 05-100 DISCLOSURE

 

Winfield Arms Condominium Association was incorporated in 1983, under the Colorado Non-Profit Corporation Act, Article 20, Title 7, C.R.S. 1973, for the purpose of establishing a condominium project under the Condominium Ownership Act of the State of Colorado, 38-33-101 et seq., C.R.S. 1973 (as amended).  The Declaration establishing such project was initially recorded November 9, 1983, in Book 455 at Page 387, et seq., of the records of the Clerk and Recorder, County of Pitkin, State of Colorado.
